Parke Anderson

Parke Anderson is a Westchester resident of over 20 years. Raised in central Florida, Parke lived in Dallas and San Francisco before making Northern Westchester her home. “I feel my background makes me uniquely suited to helping all buyers whether they are moving here from across the country or making a move within Westchester,” Parke shares. “I remember what it feels like to be new here, learning the differences between townships, POs, and school districts, but I’ve lived here long enough that I can offer local insights that you get from a long time community member. I am a wonderful blend of unhurried southerner and fast-paced New Yorker. I can move at the pace that works best for my clients and flip gears on a dime as needed.”

Parke talks about her favorite part of the real estate process, the home inspection. “My undergraduate degree is in mechanical engineering. Though I’ve been out of that industry for a while, I never lost the love of understanding how things work and fit together. The home inspection provides a look at the health and inner workings of a home. I am lucky to work with amazing inspectors who not only excel at their profession, but who are also thorough and patient when explaining their findings to my clients. And it’s not only buyers. Part of my process when working with a seller is to discuss age and maintenance of their mechanicals to make sure all is in order, helping facilitate a smooth transaction for all parties.”
